Exercise DVDs

Exercise DVDs

We have assembled some Exercise DVDs that we’re sure you'll like. They have a cast which includes only women who are both pretty and backside blessed. Why have booty-licious ladies only? Besides the fact that they're yummier to watch exercising, why else did we choose only such ladies? Believe it or not, it’s for a very good reason.

It’s because of eating disorders and the media. Clothing models are bad role models! Women are taught that they should try to look like the skinny clothing models in clothing ads. They're also told in dieting commercials that they should lose all their fat until they're as skinny as the woman doing the commercial. If there are exercise equipment ads, they are told that they should try to look like the skinny ladies doing the exercising—ladies that may have a bit of muscle but definitely no fat. Body fat for women should be 20% to 27%, or an average of 23.5% for the average body type. But the women in the ads have nowhere near that amount. And some stars and models diet down at 15% and some even get down to 10%, which is extremely unhealthy and often means anorexia!

Worse yet, when the women in ads for clothing, dieting products, and exercise products (including Exercise DVDs!) convince young, insecure girls and women to lose all their body fat, some diet and exercise themselves right into their graves! That’s right—into their graves!

We find this whole situation intolerable, and we hope thousands of sites help us by offering body role models of the booty-licious type as replacements for the unhealthy-looking scarecrow type. Women are not likely to watch exercise videos and DVDs in which obese or overweight women are the actors. And we are not advocating a switch to this type of female body role model either, as the healthy guidelines specify that a healthy body fat percentage is 20% to 27%, or an average of 23.5% for the average body type, and overweight ladies have more than this.

Cultures have known for thousands of years that the body type most artistically proportioned, inspiring to see, and receiving the most admiration of any female body type is the hourglass, or voluptuous figure. The recent all-body-fat-is-evil fad is wrecking women both physically and psychologically, and we’d like nothing better than to see the media and Hollywood call and end to this oppressive terror campaign against the female of the species!

Our Products

We have put together some specially designed exercise DVDs for anyone, especially women, to exercise along with. We have been pleased to notice that we sell many of our DVDs to men, as well, because this, too, helps propagate the critical voluptuous body role models that we hope will act as an antidote to the current scarecrow role model. If men don't pressure women to lose weight until they're skinny, this will reduce the chances of women buying into the media's brainwashing campaign. The scrawny model fad was and is a sickness that needs an antidote. If it is something other than a sickness, how do you explain the thousands of women who are getting ill and even dying from following this fad?!

Our products are of five exercise types, but every one of the five contains a motivational segment for increasing awareness and self-esteem. There's a seven-point program for dealing with the self-esteem issues that underlie the insecurities that cause millions of girls and women to follow this unhealthy body-fat-is-evil fad. You can read most of this motivational content online. And here are the five Exercise DVDs. You can find them all on our Fanny and the Assets website.

And you can rest assured that no one will try to get you to change, on our Exercise DVDs. You'll be accepted exactly the way you are. We just have women exercising to nice exercise music and you can follow along. There is no nagging or talking. No one will tell you how to lose body fat—assuming that you must be overweight or you wouldn’t buy exercise DVDS. Our DVDs are not at all about losing weight, but about self acceptance, good body role models, and nice music to listen to. Remember to consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise regime and ask questions about any exercises you're unsure of, to make sure you do them correctly and safely. Don’t overdo it, and don’t do anything that hurts. Work into new exercise programs gradually.
